Introduction: Welcome to TI Events, an events listing website created by a Targeted Individual (TI) specifically for the TI community. Our mission is to foster a supportive environment where TIs can find and share information about events, resources, and community activities. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services:
Event Listings: TI Events provides a platform for event organizers to manage and promote their events. TI Events is not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on the website. Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Event Submission Review and Approval: TI Events reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or reject any event submission or advertisement at our sole discretion. Not all submitted events or ads will be accepted. Listings must align with our community standards and neutrality policy. Submissions that violate our policies—including those that promote divisiveness, harassment, or defamatory speech—may be rejected or removed without notice. By submitting an event, you acknowledge that your submission is subject to this review process and may be excluded from the site at the sole discretion of TI Events.
Continuous 24/7 Resources: Continuous or 24/7 resources are not published in the chronological event calendar because they prevent scheduled events from rotating to the top. Instead, they are published under the “Always Available” section of TI Events. This policy helps preserve fair visibility for scheduled events while still providing a dedicated place for ongoing community resources.
User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate information when submitting events or advertisements. Users agree not to misuse the website for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading activities. TI Events is not responsible for disputes between users, advertisers, or event participants.
Account Termination: TI Events reserves the right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban any event, advertisement, or user at our sole discretion if their actions: (i) Violate our Terms of Service, (ii) Are deemed harmful to the integrity or safety of the community, (iii) Promote misinformation, harassment, defamatory speech, or discrimination, or (iv) Generate excessive complaints or community disruption. TI Events is under no obligation to provide an explanation for content removal or account suspension.
Complaints: Complaints regarding advertisers or event hosts must be submitted in writing to tievents@protonmail.com with clear documentation. TI Events is under no obligation to provide an explanation for content removal or account suspension, but will address any reported issues in accordance with our policies.

Violations of these standards, along with other harmful behaviors such as defamation or promoting misinformation, will result in immediate review and may lead to content removal or account suspension.
Limited Liability & Assumption of Risk:
No Control Over Events: TI Events is an independent event listing platform that serves as an informational hub for the Targeted Individual (TI) community. We do not organize, host, moderate, or manage the conference calls, rallies, or events listed on our website. Because of this, we have no control over who joins these events, how they are conducted, or any interactions that take place before, during, or after participation in a listed event.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in any event, conference call, or gathering found through TI Events, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Unwanted contact, harassment, or intimidation from other attendees, including but not limited to phone calls, video interactions, or other forms of communication.
- Exposure to disruptive behavior, offensive content, or unauthorized video/audio material.
- Privacy risks, including the potential for your phone number, name, or other personal details to be visible to other attendees.
TI Events strongly encourages users to take precautions when joining any public call, including:
- Using a secondary phone number (e.g., Google Voice) instead of personal numbers.
- Disabling video sharing to prevent unauthorized recording or disruptions.
- Avoiding the disclosure of personal or sensitive information in any event.
No Endorsement or Liability: TI Events does not endorse, vet, or verify the event hosts, speakers, or attendees of any listed event. The presence of an event on our platform does not imply our endorsement or validation of its content, speakers, or attendees.
TI Events shall not be liable for any:
- Harassment, misconduct, or privacy violations committed by third parties.
- Unauthorized use, sharing, or exposure of participant information.
- Psychological distress, financial loss, or other damages resulting from attendance or interaction in an event.
By using TI Events and attending events listed on our site, you expressly release and hold harmless TI Events, its owner(s), affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in an event.
Reporting & Addressing Concerns: If you experience harassment, privacy breaches, or other concerns during or after an event, please report them directly to the event organizer or host, as they are responsible for managing their event’s security and attendee conduct. TI Events does not intervene in personal disputes and is not responsible for enforcing any participant conduct policies within third-party events.
